Continuos food drying machine
Use for drying rice paper, cashew nut, rice noodle, macaroni noodle, Rice Vermincelling
Principle of Continuos food drying machine:
- This machine is continuos, to move by industrial chain (50) by stainless steel, and whole machine make by Stainless steel 201.
- The cover make by two layer inox, middle have Cotton insulation
- The time keep on pallet in drying machine about 12 – 15 minute depend on thick or thin of rice paper
- Rice paper when finish drying little stick hand, with moisture 30- 40 %, then labour move to drying area, (this process as expose rice paper to sun)
Feature of Continuos food drying machine:
- Whole machine make by stainless steel 201, ensuring for safety food standards
- The machine have 5 floor, drainaging free moisture
- Dry chamber is cover two layer in middle have Cotton insulation and cover by stainess steel
- The bottow and top make by one layer
- The heating supply for machine from heating of boiler
- The fan supply heating for Dryer have power ½ Hp, 3 phase, with quantity 20 pcs, make by inox
- The pressure at end of pipe is 5 bar
- The machine have design 10 meter for controle heating, help for easy control heating
